Four Family Members Killed in Tesla Head-On Collision in Idaho
Jennifer Blaine, Emily Blaine Leavitt, Zachary Leavitt and Denali Blaine died when their Tesla Model X crossed the centerline of Idaho State Highway 33 on September 1, 2023. Relatives sued Tesla, alleging deficiencies in Autosteer and other driver-assistance features, without a judicial finding that assistance technology caused the collision.
